Painful Ending

I scream to soften the pain...
That's inside of me,
And let my tears fall like the rain...

I feel broken and torn,
Remembering the words
he never meant....
knowing those words...
weren't meant for me.

As I lye awake,
Wondering why and how...
I fell for him.

I crossed my heart,
Hoped to die...
With no regrets nor sorrow.

This is a painful ending,
I've never hope to happen.
